| Premier Data Subscription for Small Business | $1,000 | Complete access to all NHPD data for one user for one year. Additional users at an organization can be added for an additional $300/year per person. Available to organizations whose annual revenue is under $400,000. For a list of fields included in the Premier Data Subscription for Small Business, click here. |
| Premier Data Subscription | $3,500 | Complete access to all NHPD data for one user for one year. Additional users at an organization can be added for an additional $300/year per person. For a list of fields included in the Premier Data Subscription, click here. |
Once you add your desired subscription option to your cart, click ‘View Cart’ to complete your purchase. Upon purchasing a data subscription, you will be e-mailed a payment authorization code that will be used to confirm your registration to the NHPD.
